Visited on 9-19-25 while on vacation with by bestie for lunch. It was my first time here and it had been awhile since she had been. Great atmosphere, loved the view, food tasted great, and Larry was an awesome server. Only bad part was we were too full to enjoy their famous Key Lime Pie. I look forward to visiting again the next time I visit the area!

We were visiting Boynton Beach area on the east coast of Florida for the first time. We stumbled across this restaurant looking for live music on a Sunday instead the football games were on College sports. We had the best time with the locals and the bartenders watching the game. For every touchdown scored for the Florida Gators you received a free shot. I have to say out of all the places we visited this was my favorite. Our food was delicious the atmosphere was beautiful right on the water and the place was jam-packed!

Absolutely fell in love with this place. I was sold when I found out there is a kids area with a small playground - kids sbsolutely enjoy that and adults are able to as well. Key Lime Pie is delicious, even though it doesn't beat Joe's Stone Crab.

Fun atmosphere, live music when we were there. Great food and service. Beautiful waterfront location on the intracoastal. Feeding the catfish is fun for the kids, and grownups too.
Indie and outdoor seating, even on a moored boat.

Firefighters gathering. Most food was good. The coconut shrimp 🍤 was a disappointment. Did not taste like coconut and shrimp was small. It was like eating an empty shell. They gave large Key lime portions to share complimentary. That was amazing 👏. If I knew it was that good, I would have had that to eat instead. The service was alot for one waitress. Had to wait for drink to come ask 2x. When I got it was watery and warm. Then ask for straw, she forgot me. So the martini was terrible.

The food, the service and atmosphere is outstanding. Live band was playing and we all ate by the water. Very cool breeze feeling weather wise and otherwise. Nice little gift shop selling T's, hats, decals and more. Server was great, the Mahi Mahi sandwich was very good, the Grouper sandwich was very good too. We could not leave until we each had a slice of the Key Lime pie which is amazing.

What (casual) fun! Went there for the first time yesterday with a friend and was pleasantly surprised. Something like five bars, multiple levels, lots of South Florida charm, on the water, views, breeze, and happy hour drinks. I would have taken pictures of the shrimp but we ate them too fast. Arthur the upstairs bartender was nice and accommodating. They had a band that rocked and everyone had a good time. I will definately go back.

Definitely worth going..
Live music by the tiki bar.
Had firepits for the close breezy air.
Wifey had the caesar salad topped with seafood and I had crab cake sandwich $25 which can with one side.
I will say that my crab cake was small but was excellent (no filler).
You can have seating which overlooks the water.
The hostess quoted 1 hr and 30 minutes wait but we chose to sit at tables in the tiki bar which was no wait. No difference in seating.

Old Key Lime House truly captures that traditional Florida Keys vibe from the moment you arrive. The outdoor seating is abundant and varied, with beautiful waterfront views that make the experience feel relaxed and coastal. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy the breeze, and soak in the scenery.
The menu features classic American coastal favorites — fresh seafood, laid-back comfort dishes, and all the flavors you’d expect from a true Florida waterfront spot. They also offer a great selection of local draft beers, which perfectly complement the seafood and enhance the authentic Florida experience.
The atmosphere is lively yet welcoming, with great vibes and a genuinely friendly staff that adds to the overall experience.
They offer complimentary valet parking, which is a nice touch and very convenient. Just be prepared for a wait — at least 30 minutes for a table during busy times. It’s popular for a reason!
One of the standout features is the kids’ play area and playground, which is rare to find these days and makes it a fantastic option for families.
Overall, a fun, vibrant waterfront spot that’s well worth the visit.
